There are exactly 2 applicant files per seat, creating a 50% target rate. If you fill the class early, every unread first-pass file is immediately denied and an early-closure penalty applies.

Rigor, grades, rank, testing, recommendations, achievement, sustained contribution, personal voice, and school context mirror commonly published admissions-factor categories.

The primary intended field counts toward the planning mix; it is not a binding major declaration. The model uses this as a capacity signal, not a claim that every college admits by major.

Recruited athletes and students prepared for named music or arts programs fill specific campus needs. Each still receives an academic and whole-file read.

First-generation status, low family income, rural or small-town context, and international status can advance published access goals. Minority-group, disability, household, and hardship fields are context-only and never affect targets or scores.

The waitlist opens only after every original applicant is reviewed. Use it to fill empty seats and repair blueprint gaps. If it runs out, the class remains underfilled.

Exact enrollment after a complete first pass earns a 70-point base. Academic mix, programs, context priorities, and average reader quality add up to 30 more points.

This educational model assumes each admitted file enrolls and each file represents 100 people. Real institutions vary, predict yield, and do not share one formula or one set of quotas.
