There are exactly 4 applicant files per seat, creating a 25% TARGET ACCEPTANCE RATE. Browse the undecided pool with the arrows; each decision removes that file from Remaining.

Past Waitlisted and Past Denied tabs appear as soon as those decisions exist. History files remain viewable but read-only, so the live pool always contains only undecided applicants.

Rigor, grades, rank, testing, recommendations, achievement, sustained contribution, personal voice, and school context mirror commonly published admissions-factor categories.

The primary intended field counts toward the planning mix; it is not a binding major declaration. The model uses this as a capacity signal, not a claim that every college admits by major.

Any recruited athlete, regardless of sport, advances the broad Athletic Teams target. Music and arts applicants still fill named program needs.

First-Generation Students, Low-Income / QuestBridge, rural or small-town context, and international status can advance published access goals. Protected context fields never enter targets or scores.

After every application is reviewed, offers are released and only some admitted students commit. The same applicants you waitlisted return so you can fill the seats that remain open.

Exact enrollment after a complete first pass earns a 70-point base. Academic mix, programs, context priorities, and average reader quality add up to 30 more points.

One applicant file represents 100 students of that type. A 4-file pool for 1 seat therefore represents 400 applicants competing for a 100-student modeled class.
