The complete response
Our standard: clarity, not salesmanship. If the list is unrealistic, the profile is disconnected, the essays miss the point, or the student is already in a strong position, we say so.
Get answers before you get a pitch.
The consultation should leave your family with a clearer understanding of the student, the risks, and the next move—even if you do not hire us.
A process—not meetings, checklists, or generic advice.
You should always know what we are doing, why we are doing it, what comes next, who is responsible, and what progress looks like.
01
Evaluate where the student stands today
We assess academics, course rigor, activities, impact, positioning, writing, school context, goals, timing, and the current college list without inflating or minimizing what we see.
02
Identify what can realistically improve
We separate high-impact opportunities from busywork. Some weaknesses can be improved, some must be explained, and some must simply be handled honestly.
03
Use Predictive Admissions™ to read the field
We examine how the student’s profile may be evaluated, where the competition is strongest, what is missing, and where a different strategic choice may create a better path.
04
Build App Identity™
We connect the student’s interests, choices, work, voice, and future direction into an application that is coherent, memorable, and difficult to confuse with anyone else’s.
05
Execute and remain accountable
Every recommendation has an owner, a reason, a deadline, and a next step. The work continues through applications, final review, interviews, decisions, and decision support.
College Admissions Intelligence™
Predictive Admissions™ helps us understand the competition. App Identity™ helps the student escape sameness. Together, they create one working model for strategy, development, positioning, and execution.
The strongest applications do not feel manufactured. They feel inevitable.
Nothing is random.
Every week, meeting, assignment, and review should move the student toward a stronger, clearer admissions case.
No ethical consultant controls an admissions committee. We can, however, align our incentives with the family, define what progress means, stay involved until decisions arrive, and put part of senior-year tuition at risk alongside you.
The senior-year accountability model
No Top 8 acceptance. No final payment.
Senior-year tuition may be divided into as many as three payments. The final payment is due only if the student is accepted to at least one of the eight colleges identified as the student’s Top 8 under the engagement agreement.
If the student is not accepted to any agreed Top 8 choice, the final payment is not due.
We stay invested through the final decision
The work does not end after enrollment or after applications are submitted. Strategy, final quality assurance, interview preparation, decision tracking, and decision support continue through the end of the process.
Progress is visible before an acceptance
We track whether the profile is becoming stronger, whether the college list is more defensible, whether the application is more coherent, whether deadlines are being met, and whether each recommendation is producing a clear result.
Outcomes inform the model
Past placement outcomes and completed student cases help us examine what worked, where assumptions were wrong, and how our strategy should improve. Historical outcomes are evidence for refinement—not guarantees for the next student.
One objective until the end
Give the student the strongest possible opportunity to earn admission to the colleges they hope to call home, while keeping the family informed and the team accountable at every stage.
The Top 8 payment condition applies only when included in the family’s signed senior-year engagement agreement. The agreed Top 8 list, payment schedule, eligibility, and all governing terms should be stated in that agreement.
Results matter. So does how responsibility is shared.
We do not guarantee a committee decision. We do make the final stage of compensation contingent on a defined result when provided in the signed senior-year agreement.
Direct pricing
Know the starting price and the accountability terms.
No mystery package, hidden process, or vague promise. The final scope and fee depend on the student’s grade, timing, needs, and engagement agreement.
Grades 8–11From $8,500
Long-term applicant development
Academic strategy, extracurricular planning, student positioning, long-term profile development, Predictive Admissions™, App Identity™, and a defined execution plan.
Grade 12From $18,000
Comprehensive senior-year strategy
Application strategy, essays, supplements, interview preparation, admissions review, final quality assurance, deadline execution, and decision support.
Senior-year payment structure
No Top 8 acceptance = no final payment.
Senior-year plans may be divided into up to three payments. The final payment is only due if the student is accepted to one of the student’s agreed Top 8 colleges. If the student is not accepted to any of those eight choices, the final payment is not due.
Before signing: the family should receive the exact scope, payment dates, Top 8 definition, counselor roles, review coverage, communication standards, and exclusions in writing.
Starting prices are not universal quotes. The signed engagement agreement controls the final scope, fee, Top 8 list, payment structure, and eligibility for the contingent final-payment term.
Every dollar should create progress.
You are paying for strategy, judgment, execution, and accountability—not merely for access to meetings.
We do not need inflated promises to explain the value of disciplined strategy, strong execution, and accountability.
We can
Build the strongest profile and application realistically possible.
We can identify opportunities others miss, improve strategy and positioning, strengthen the student’s work, protect the student’s voice, manage execution, and make sure the family always knows what comes next.
We cannot
Guarantee an admissions committee’s decision.
Admissions committees make the final decision. We cannot control institutional priorities, hidden comparison groups, committee dynamics, or every factor affecting a final result.
We will not
Manufacture a student or sell fear.
We will not write the student’s story for them, invent an inside track, exaggerate results, hide behind unexplained statistics, insult the student to frighten the parent, or recommend meaningless résumé filler.
No inflated promises. No hidden process. No generic advice. No mystery.
We guarantee the work—not the verdict.
Truth, strategy, execution, accountability, and the strongest possible opportunity. The institution still owns the final decision.
Know the people, process, responsibilities, and finish line.
Nothing important should become clear only after payment. Families deserve plain-language expectations before work begins.
What happens and when
Meeting rhythm, execution calendar, student assignments, review windows, deadline coverage, and what changes during the most intensive parts of the process.
Who actually does the work
The people you meet—not a surprise assignment after signing. You should know who leads strategy, reviews applications, provides admissions insight, and supports the family.
How communication works
How the student reaches the team, response expectations, parent updates, urgent issues, accountability, and what happens when work stalls or expectations become misaligned.
What is included
The exact strategy, development work, application materials, revision coverage, final review, interview preparation, decision support, exclusions, and any added-cost work.
What accountability means
Clear owners, reasons, deadlines, expected outcomes, progress checks, escalation options, and—when included in the senior agreement—the Top 8 contingent final-payment term.
You should never wonder what we are doing, why we are doing it, who is responsible, or what happens next.
Confidence is what the process should create.
Confidence that someone understands the student, is thinking several moves ahead, and will not allow something important to be overlooked.
